Some Too Suspect BIO
Born in Madrid, Some Too Suspect began mixing vinyl in 2003, landing his first professional gig in 2006. Since then, he has built a prolific career as a DJ across Spain and Europe, characterized by his deep connection to vinyl culture and a series of high-profile residencies.
Following his professional debut, he has maintained a constant presence in the booth, holding several long-standing residencies (Tempo Audiophile Club, Marula Café Madrid, Café La Palma, Sala Siroco, Grupo Moby Dick, Sugar Lounge Bar, Café Uilenstede in Amsterdam...) and international gigs (Peachez, alongside Jason Hodges and Anmarz, Belgium PSE Festival or So Funk Club, sharing the stage with Phil Weeks and Jason Hodges)
As a producer, Some Too Suspect has reached the highest echelons of the Jackin House genre, ranked as the #64 Best Worldwide Artist in that category on another download site for 2024. He has secured multiple Top 1 tracks on another download site (January and February 2024) and reached Top 2 as recently as January 2026.
He currently heads So Funk Records, an independent underground jackin house label featuring top-tier artists like Jason Hodges, Jazzman Wax, and 4Peace. His production prowess is further highlighted by his victories in the Too Many Rules Remix Contest (2020) and the Purveyor Underground Remix Contest (2025).
Some Too Suspect has released music on world-renowned labels including I! Records, Purveyor, Too Many Rules, Brobot, Moodyhouse, Lutefisk, Let Me Know, House & Chips!, Dustpan, OTMR, Groovy Riddim, Plastik People, Bid Muzik, and Odour, among others.
